How Long We Keep Information

We securely store your data at servers located in TGT Hong Kong Data Center 2 protected with SSL encryption, dynamic web application firewall, 24/7 real-time server monitoring and intelligent data resources protection.
We generally discard information about you when it’s no longer needed for the purposes for which we collect and use it – described in the section above on How and Why We Use Information – and we’re not legally required to keep it.
For example, we keep your log records to our Site, like your IP address, browser type, and operating system, for approximately 30 days. Once this time period has expired, the web content management system will delete your data automatically.
As another example, we keep your information from Sales & General Enquiry Form and Technical Support Request Form for approximately 12 months. We manually delete the data whose retention period has been reached once a month.
For the information from Newsletter Signup Form, we retain it for as long as you do not unsubscribe from receiving the newsletters from us.

While no data storage system or transmission of data over the Internet or any other public network is 100% secure, we work very hard to protect information about you against unauthorized access, use, alteration, or destruction, and take reasonable measures to do so. We monitor our Site for potential vulnerabilities and attacks.

You have several choices available when it comes to information about you:
